Anoushka Beazley - Trainee Psychotherapist

Anoushka Beazley

Anoushka Beazley is a trainee psychotherapist at EASE Wellbeing working in GP practices in primary care. She is working towards an MSc in Transactional Analysis and completed her foundation certificate in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling at The Minster Centre.

She is also an outreach worker for the charity RAHAB working predominantly with women in the sex industry and victims of human trafficking. She has a particular interest in helping individuals with anxiety and depression gain a better knowledge of themselves through transactional analysis, as well as using existentialist philosophy to develop a more compassionate understanding of how to be in the world in which they live. Prior to this, she has a background in the arts, obtaining a BA in Film at the University of Kent at Canterbury, a Postgraduate Diploma in Acting at ALRA and an MA in Creative Writing at City University.

Anoushka is the author of the debut novel ‘The Good Enough Mother.’
