Evidence based approach

The EASE short term model was developed to help our clients gain a sense of relief, establish goals and move towards them as quickly as possible.

Clients who choose the short term approach, give feedback on how they are feeling and on the progress they are making with their goals.

This starts from the moment we meet through to 6 months after therapy has finished.

Self reporting shows that over 90% of clients that have been through our process, achieve their goals for therapy within 12 weeks of starting with us.

We help clients take the time to really look at how they
think and feel. This enables them to get to know beliefs, attitudes and values that they are often unaware of.
