Kimberly-Anne Evans

Senior Supervisor, MSc, MUKCP

Kimberly-Anne Evans, MSc MUKCP, is an accredited Person-Centred Psychotherapist, Trainer and Clinical/Research Supervisor.

As a supervisor, Kim is passionate about supporting supervisees to find their own rhythm and identify who they want to be as therapists, which is an ever-evolving process. She’s creative and nurturing, and encourages independence through inciting reflexivity and providing appropriate challenge.

She’s passionate about empowering practitioners to explore race, culture and difference, by highlighting the importance of both understanding the experiences of minoritised individuals through a societal lens and appreciating their uniqueness. She offers relatable and practical ways to do this. She has worked in a variety of therapeutic settings over the last eight years, in organisations, charities and in private practice, working with adults and young people. Her therapeutic specialisms include postnatal issues, racial trauma, anxiety, depression and historical sexual abuse.
