Ryan Thomas a Student Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), is dedicated to fostering positive transformation and facilitating growth in the lives of individuals he works with. Having previously completed a BSc in Psychology, Ryan is now working towards completing his Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling.

Ryan embraces a Humanistic person-centered approach to counselling, believing in each person’s inherent potential for growth and change. He aims to create a supportive and empowering environment where individuals feel encouraged to embark on their journey towards personal development.

Before training as a counsellor, Ryan has worked extensively over the past decade with various at-risk groups, including individuals affected by domestic abuse, refugees, and prison leavers. Through tailored support and guidance, he has helped facilitate stability and empowerment in their lives.

The primary focus for Ryan is on assisting individuals in achieving their aspirations and navigating life’s challenges with resilience and positivity. He is dedicated to fostering healthy progression and facilitating a sense of fulfilment in the lives of those he serves. He’s deeply passionate about collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds, guiding them towards growth, self-discovery, and overall well-being. Together, they can embark on a journey of positive transformation.
