Zac is training at the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling, combining a Masters in Psychotherapy Studies with clinical training in existential psychotherapy. He has worked as a teacher for many years, in a comprehensive London secondary school for 7 years, and now as a teacher of mindfulness in a range of contexts.
Through his teaching careers he has extensive experience in supporting clients, both one-to-one and in groups. His curiosity has been a faithful companion, both for how we meet what is challenging and how we make space for what nourishes.
Zac is also a long-term student of philosophy. He has come to love the questions even more than the answers.
